Global TV features Sun Peaks as ‘Small Town’ while residents head to the polls

Sun Peaks, BC (June 7, 2010) – This Saturday, June 12, Sun Peaks residents will go to the polls for the first time to elect their own mayor and 3 councillors. With this election, Sun Peaks will officially become the newest municipality in British Columbia.

 

On the day of the municipal election, Global TV will showcase Sun Peaks for their Small Town Feature with Kristi Gordon. Throughout the morning news, photos of Sun Peaks in all seasons will be broadcast around the province.
