Telus Nancy Greene Corporate Challenge
Get your team ready for this fun, one-run dual giant slalom with the best time of each racer counting towards the team total. Every team must include at least one member of each sex (i.e. at least one female and at least one male) to be eligible for team trophies. Race participants must be at least 19 years of age.
Medals are awarded for teams in three categories: Sport (all participants must be 19 years or older), Masters (all racers must be 50 years or older) and Legends (all racers must be 60 years or older). Individual medals are also awarded for the best male and female overall times for skiers and snowboarders.
The TELUS Nancy Greene Corporate Challenge also offers an optional day of training on Friday, February 20, including two timed runs on the race hill.
Race day begins with a continental breakfast at Masa’s, introduction of our guest coaches and the bib toss. The race will start at 10:30am. A second timed run will be available for those racers who wish to purchase a Mulligan. Following the race there will be a Racer’s Lunch on the patio at Masa’s in the Village Day Lodge. The weekend event winds up with a Celebration Party at the Delta Sun Peaks Resort ballroom, complete with silent and live auctions, and awards.
The entry fee for a team of four is only $600.00. Additional dinner tickets are $60.00 each. A special lift ticket rate is available for all participants at registration.
