Canadian Enduro Championship Begins at Sun Peaks

Sun Peaks, BC (July 5, 2011) – Sun Peaks is proud to welcome the first two rounds of the Canadian Enduro Championship to the resort this weekend, July 9 and 10.

 

World class dirt bike riders and unknown local talent will hit the trails around Sun Peaks. From tight, single track racing to special skill testing sections, the Enduro incorporates many disciplines of the sport, making it fun viewing for spectators.

 

Spectators will find the best viewing of the races from Parking Lot 5 and Parking Lot 6. P5 will be pit row and the start of the races, while P6 is the location of the extreme special test section.

 

Races start both Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00am and wrap up by 3:00pm. Awards will take place at 4:30pm each afternoon.
